VIDEOGRAPHY

Videography is an area which is clearly growing in relevance and importance every year. Since starting my career (initially as an online editor back in 2011), I have been producing a wide variety of video content for the web including gear reviews, interviews, how-to’s, social media clips and event recaps. Much of the video work I do in 2020 is corporate in nature and often internal-facing, and therefore it’s often not possible to share this publicly on my website. However, below you will find a few examples of videos that I have produced recently that are public. I’m always looking for new opportunities to document moving images and I’d love to capture your event as a video in the future!

ADOBE - ‘OH, GREAT SPIRIT

A short film inspired by the ‘Great Spirit Prayer’ from the Lakota people. I wanted to visually represent the deep connection with Mother Nature described in the prayer, as it personally inspires me and my photography. The video was produced for Adobe to promote their Premiere Pro editing software.

PÄIJÄNNE ON THE ROCKS 2019

In March 2019 I once again had the honour of being the primary videographer for Päijänne on the Rocks 2019, an ice free diving event held in Finland. It was another amazing event, with participants from across the globe and even a few world record attempts!

PÄIJÄNNE ON THE ROCKS 2018

In spring 2018 I travelled out to Finland with my friend and colleague Morgan Dias Simao to film the annual Ice Diving event Päijänne on the rocks. It was an amazing experience to see how these guys and girls push themselves under the ice and as a bonus we even got to see the Northern Lights!
